We are the developer, owner and operator of Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau, two integrated casino resort resorts in Macau, China. Our resort is equipped with world-class hotel facilities, a variety of local and international restaurants, and a variety of unique entertainment options (many of which are free and open to the public). The integrated resorts we operate attract a wide range of customers and deliver solid financial results. To attract and retain our customers, we design and continuously carry out enhancements and renovations to renew and improve our resorts and provide customers with a unique experience through a wide range of gaming and non-gaming facilities. Our focus on human resources and staff training demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers with a high level of luxury service and customer experience. We also use Wynn International Marketing, Ltd.'s international branches in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and the US to attract international customers. Wynn Palace Located in the Cotai region of Macau, Wynn Palace opened on August 22, 2016. Wynn Palace features include: Covering an area of about 424,000 square feet of casino space, it offers 24-hour gaming and a variety of gaming games, including private gaming rooms and Skyline Casino; Free public entertainment attractions, including an 8-acre performance lake, vivid floral art displays and art displays; A luxury hotel with a total of 1,706 luxurious rooms, suites and villas; thirteen restaurants; A high-end brand-name retail store covering an area of about 106,000 square feet; wellness and leisure facilities, including cable car (“sightseeing cable car”), fitness centre, spa and wellness centre, hair salon and swimming pool; and It covers an area of approximately 37,000 square feet of meeting space. Wynn Macau Located on the Macau Peninsula, Wynn Macau opened to the public on September 6, 2006. Wynn Macau completed expansion projects in December 2007 and November 2009, adding more gaming venues and additional dining and retail facilities. Wanli Macau's Wanli Macau is a further expansion of Wynn Macau. It opened in April 2010, adding hotel accommodations and extensive gaming and non-gaming facilities. We have begun to transform the existing Wynn Club casino gaming area at Wynn Macau. Once the renovation is complete, the upgraded space will include around 40 mid-court gaming tables, a renovated slot lounge area, two new restaurants, and retail space covering an area of about 7,400 square feet, as well as improved pedestrian walkways. We expect to complete the gaming venue optimization project and open new restaurants in the third quarter of 2019, and open new retail space by the end of 2019. Additionally, we plan to launch the Wanli Hotel room renovation project in the second quarter of 2019. All 410 guest rooms in the hotel will be renovated and replaced with specially selected furniture and fittings. The project also includes upgrades to guest room control systems, entrance systems and selected lighting equipment. The Wanli Hotel room renovation project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. We estimate the total budget for these two projects to be approximately HK$939.8 million. The features of Wynn Macau include: Covering an area of about 273,000 square feet of casino space, it offers 24-hour gaming and a variety of gaming games, including a private gaming room, Skyline Casino and poker area; Free public entertainment attractions, including a vaulted lobby with a characteristic ceiling flower themed after the Chinese zodiac, a performance program with the theme of the golden “Auspicious Tree” and “Wealth Dragon”, and a performance lake; Two luxury hotels, with a total of 1,008 luxurious rooms and suites; eleven restaurants; A high-end, brand-name retail store covering an area of about 59,000 square feet; wellness and leisure facilities, including two fitness centres and spa wellness centres, a hair salon and a swimming pool; and It covers an area of approximately 31,000 square feet of meeting space.
